Ticket2u Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ticket2u platform, which are binding on all users who register for and use our services. Please read these terms in full before using any part of the platform.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any services provided by ticket2u, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ticket2u platform.

Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. ticket2u reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and will notify users via an in-platform notice or their registered email address.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ticket2u as the platform operator. Users who have not reached the applicable legal age are not permitted to register or use this platform.

2. Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user may only register one active account on ticket2u. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Ticket2u reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time by requesting appropriate verification documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

Password Security

Users are solely responsible for the security of their password and login credentials. ticket2u accepts no liability for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account information confidential.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the ticket2u support team immediately. We recommend that users enable two-factor authentication and change their password regularly to keep their account secure.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

All ticket2u users are required to comply with the platform's usage rules. Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law — including fraud, money laundering, or any action that disrupts platform operations — is strictly prohibited.

Users are not permitted to:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from ticket2u.
  • Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or transferring account information to a third party.
  • Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes, the odds system, or any other platform mechanism.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about ticket2u to other users or the general public.
  • Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, along with forfeiture of the account balance depending on the severity of the violation.

4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)

Deposit

All financial transactions on ticket2u are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. ticket2u accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods including Boost, GrabPay, and supported online banking platforms.

Successful deposits will be reflected in the user's account wallet. ticket2u is not liable for delays caused by third-party systems or technical issues beyond our control. Should any transaction issue arise, users are required to contact customer support within 48 hours of the transaction.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, as a fraud prevention measure. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and verification by the ticket2u team before processing. ticket2u reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are security or compliance concerns.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Ticket2u makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or meet all user requirements at all times. To the extent permitted by law, ticket2u will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk. ticket2u does not provide financial advice and accepts no responsibility for any betting decisions made by users.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the ticket2u platform are the exclusive property of ticket2u or its relevant licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.

Account Policy: Suspension & Closure

Ticket2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: fraud or suspicious activity is detected; a breach of the terms of use occurs; identity verification fails; or instructions are received from a relevant authority.

Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal, subject to review and compliance with the applicable terms. Accounts closed due to a breach of terms may not be eligible for balance withdrawal.

Third-Party Links

The ticket2u platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. ticket2u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third party before engaging with their services.

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Ticket2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or email at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, unless immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance reasons.

Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the ticket2u platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed only to the extent of its invalidity, while the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.
